This role is to assist Breakaway be the ‘Go To’ Venue for other not for profits organisations and corporates or individuals wishing to hold events, functions and weddings. It will involve sourcing and developing new business opportunities and following up on the existing client base. Call customers promoting and marketing site hire, programs and services. Arrange site visits and tours of our facilities. Make venue and site bookings. Provide feedback and any information relevant to bookings. Document all customer experience information. Document transactions by completing forms and record logs. Maintain database by entering, verifying and backing up the data. Maintain operations by following our policies and procedures. Maintain high quality customer service and follow up. Be a contributing team player.
Have a customer service ethos and be able to provide customers with options tailored specifically to their needs. Be self-confident and be able to communicate and establish long term customer relationships. If you have experience in outbound calling or sales it would be an advantage. Basic computer skills.
