To provide customer service and assist with the day to day functioning of the reception and front office. The role will involve interaction with a wide range of people including Breakaway clients, carers, volunteers and the general public. To answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff. To enter data and maintain volunteer and client databases. To assist with all general office duties, mailing, photocopying, mailouts etc.
Requirements: Experience in customer service preferred but not essential. Friendly and personable. Ability to work collaboratively. Basic-Intermediate computer literacy skills.
Commitment: Regular – more than 3 months
Time Required: Monday to Friday
Age Range: 18 to 65 (If younger than 18 contact us directly).
Training: Induction and On-the-job training and development will be provided.
Transport: Bus options available but limited. Own transport preferred parking is available on-site.
